EBIR Certifications Terms and Conditions

I hereby consent to participate in remotely monitored online examinations and to the transfer of personal data to Maxinity (see full description here) by CIRSE Society, namely

      • to the collection of my personal data (first name, last name, email address, data in the form of Photo IDs, screenshots, webcam photos, webcam video streams) for the purpose of monitoring the online EBIR examination process by CIRSE via its processor Maxinity Software Ltd.; and

      • to the transmission of my personal data (first name, last name, email address, data in the form of Photo IDs, screenshots, webcam photos, webcam video streams) to the processor Maxinity Software Ltd. based in the United Kingdom, appointed by CIRSE for the purpose of monitoring the online EBIR examination process. I can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to ebir@cirse.org. In this case, CIRSE will refrain from using my data based on my consent from the time CIRSE receives the withdrawal.

If I pass the EBIR examination, I herewith consent that CIRSE publishes my first name, last name, city, country of residence and the fact that I passed the exam on its generally accessible website https://www.cirse.org/education/ebir/ for the duration of one year.

I can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email to ebir@cirse.org. In this case, CIRSE will refrain from using my data based on my consent from the time CIRSE receives the withdrawal.
